CIGA Design Unveils the Hunter Tourbillon: A $1,999 Luxury Timepiece with In-House Craftsmanship

CIGA Design, a Shenzhen-based watchmaker, has launched its latest timepiece—the Hunter Tourbillon. The new in-house tourbillon watch is now available for early access at a price of $1,999. Known for high-quality craftsmanship, the brand has introduced a model packed with premium features.

The Hunter Tourbillon stands out with its Grade 5 titanium case, shaped in a distinctive tonneau form. Measuring 47.45 x 41.50mm and just 12.4mm thick, the watch balances bold presence with wearability. Both the front and back are protected by curved sapphire crystals, ensuring durability and a clear view of the movement. Water resistance is rated at 5 ATM, making it suitable for everyday wear.

Inside, the watch runs on the in-house Caliber CD-011, a hand-wound skeleton tourbillon movement. It includes twin mainspring barrels, 26 jewels, and a 72-hour power reserve. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour (4Hz), the mechanism delivers precision and reliability. The Hunter Tourbillon comes with two strap options: a Grade 2 titanium H-link bracelet and an additional fluororubber strap. Buyers can choose from three colourways—Carbon, Silver, and Blue. Early access is currently open through CIGA Design’s official website.

With its robust titanium build, intricate tourbillon movement, and versatile strap choices, the Hunter Tourbillon offers a blend of performance and style. Priced at $1,999, it positions itself as an accessible luxury option for watch enthusiasts. The model is now available for purchase directly from the brand.
