Global Experts Converge at ICTRAE 2026 for Economic Resilience Dialogues
Manipal University Jaipur hosted the International Conference on Transition, Resilience and Applied Economics (ICTRAE 2026). The event aimed to boost interdisciplinary research, foster academic partnerships, and improve evidence-based policy discussions. It gathered economists, researchers, policymakers, and industry leaders to address economic challenges and sustainable development. The conference was organised by the Department of Economics, TAPMI School of Business, Faculty of Management, Commerce and Arts. Dr. Amit Soni, the Registrar, and Dr. Brajesh Kumar, Dean of the faculty, officially opened the event.
Five thematic technical tracks formed the core of the programme. Keynote lectures, expert sessions, and panel discussions provided additional depth. Dr. Naresh Chandra Sahu from IIT Bhubaneswar delivered the inaugural keynote on ESG performance.
Distinguished scholars, including Dr. Ayona Bhattacharjee, Dr. Tulika Tripathi, and Dr. Vishal Dagar, shared their insights in expert lectures. Dr. Sarthak Gaurav from IIT Bombay closed the conference with a valedictory address on complexity economics. Manipal University Jaipur expressed satisfaction with the conference’s organisation and outcomes. The event succeeded in creating a platform for meaningful dialogue and collaboration. Its focus on research and policy is expected to have a lasting impact on the field.
