Scientists have solved the mystery of interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS. The object is confirmed to be of natural origin, ending speculation about its nature. It is one of the few known interstellar visitors to our solar system. Radio signals from the comet were detected at frequencies of 1665–1667 megahertz in the decimeter range. These signals come from the breakdown of water molecules under sunlight.
