Unlimit and PASE Redefine Financial Infrastructure for Mobility in Mexico

Unlimit and PASE Team Up to Revolutionize Mexico's Digital Mobility Payments

Unlimit, a global financial infrastructure company, has formed a partnership with PASE, Mexico’s top electronic toll collection and mobility firm. The collaboration aims to modernise PASE’s financial systems to better serve digital-native consumers. Both companies see this as a strategic move to optimise financial flow management in the mobility sector. The partnership integrates Unlimit’s platform into PASE’s operations. This provides PASE with a global growth infrastructure and a high-performance financial operating system. The system includes strong anti-fraud measures, such as dynamic risk rules and intelligent tokenisation.

Results have been promising. Approval rates for digital bank accounts under the new system have reached up to 90%. Chargebacks have remained below 0.04%, a significant improvement for transaction security.

Martina Selser, Head of Growth and Expansion for the Americas at Unlimit, highlights the role of financial infrastructure as a strategic engine for sector transformation. Alexis Reséndiz, CEO of PASE, echoes this view, calling Unlimit a key partner in optimising digital transactions.

The move aligns with rising digital adoption in Mexico. In 2025, 78% of Mexican consumers bought urban mobility services online. Notably, 23% made their first digital purchase in this sector that year. The Unlimit-PASE partnership delivers a modernised financial architecture for PASE. It enhances transaction efficiency and security while supporting Mexico’s growing demand for digital mobility services. The system’s high approval rates and low chargebacks demonstrate its early success.
