Voting opens for 2026's top green tech innovators in EnviroTech 50

Voting has opened for BusinessCloud’s EnviroTech 50 innovation ranking for 2026. The list highlights companies developing new technology for green energy, environmental protection, and sustainability. A shortlist of 144 firms will compete for a place in the final ranking. The public can now cast their votes as reader voting begins today. It will remain open for seven days, closing at 23:59 on Sunday 21st June. The final EnviroTech 50 ranking will be revealed on Monday 6th July.

A panel of experts will also assess the entries. The judges come from GreenTech Alliance, Tech Nation, techUK, Cambridge Consultants, University of Salford, Palatine Private Equity, Alvarez & Marsal, and BusinessCloud. The EnviroTech 50 aims to showcase the most innovative businesses in green technology. The combined results of reader votes and expert judging will determine the final list. The ranking will be published next month.
