Eltropy appoints Kavitha Nalla as CFO amid AI-driven growth push
Eltropy has named Kavitha Nalla as its new Chief Financial Officer. The move comes as the company shifts its focus from conversation enablement to AI-driven execution. Nalla’s promotion follows a period of rapid expansion and strategic growth for the firm. Nalla first joined Eltropy in March 2022 as Vice President of Finance. She quickly took on broader responsibilities, rising to Senior Vice President of Finance and HR. In this role, she oversaw finance, operations, and people functions during a time of significant change.
Under her leadership, Eltropy completed three key acquisitions: Marsview, Popio, and Lexop. These deals expanded the company’s capabilities in AI, digital engagement, and payments. Her contributions also helped drive a 441% increase in revenue and a 48% growth in the employee base. Before Eltropy, Nalla held senior finance positions at Hitachi Vantara, Sierra Atlantic, and PeopleShores. Her experience in scaling businesses and managing financial strategy made her a strong fit for the CFO role. As Chief Financial Officer, Nalla will now lead Eltropy’s finance and accounting teams. She will continue to guide HR, ensuring alignment between financial planning, operational efficiency, and talent development. The company’s shift toward AI-powered execution aims to accelerate growth and deepen its market impact.
Nalla’s appointment as CFO strengthens Eltropy’s leadership during a transformative phase. Her focus will remain on driving financial discipline, operational planning, and talent strategy. The company’s recent acquisitions and revenue growth highlight its ambition to expand further in AI and digital solutions.
