Healthcare Leadership Summit 2026 Honors Innovation and Trust in Global Medicine

The 17th Annual Healthcare Leadership Summit & Awards 2026 took place on June 5 at the Hotel Mumbai International Airport. This year’s event focused on the theme Reimagining Healthcare – Powering Trust, Innovation & Global Impact, bringing together leading medical professionals and industry pioneers.

Among the highlights, PLIX was honoured as the *Most Trusted Wellness & Nutrition Brand of The Year 2026*, while RPG Life Sciences Limited received the *Excellence In Breakthrough Pharmaceutical Innovations 2026* award.

The summit featured keynote addresses from prominent figures in healthcare and biotechnology. Dr. Koushik Lahiri, Adjunct Professor at AHERF, discussed the global challenge of Topical Steroid Dependence (TSDF), emphasising its hidden toll and the urgent need for action. His session, titled Faces of Damage, highlighted the growing concerns in dermatology.

Dr. Satya Ramani Vadlamani, Chairperson of Murli Krishna Pharma, delivered a keynote on *Breaking Barriers: Engineering the Future of Pharma*. She explored advancements in *Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS)* and patient-centric formulations. Meanwhile, Mr. Venkat Nelabhotla, CEO of Vyome Holdings, spoke on *India’s Next Biotech and Pharma Innovation Leap*, stressing the importance of developing and commercialising solutions globally. Other notable speakers included Shalini Jatia from Impacct Foundation, who addressed *Investing in Hope*, focusing on sustainable ecosystems for paediatric oncology. Mr. Rishubh Satiya, CEO of PLIX, shared the brand’s journey in a session called *The Making of a Blockbuster*, detailing its growth from a bold idea to a household name. The awards recognised outstanding contributions in the field. Dr. Geeta Grewal, Founder of 9muses Wellness Clinic, was named *Woman Leader In Breakthrough Cosmetic Dermatology Innovations 2026*, celebrating her pioneering work in dermatology.

The event concluded with awards for innovation and leadership in healthcare. PLIX and RPG Life Sciences were among the key winners, reflecting their impact on wellness and pharmaceutical advancements. The summit reinforced the importance of trust, collaboration, and forward-thinking solutions in shaping the future of global healthcare.
