Khabarovsk's Historic Building Becomes a New Business Innovation Hub
Khabarovsk is set to open a new business hub called the House of Entrepreneurs. The facility will serve as a multifunctional centre for meetings, project development, and investment support. Located at 15 Lenin Street, it aims to bring together local businesses and government specialists under one roof. The building has a historic connection to the city. It once belonged to Alexander Plyusnin, Khabarovsk’s first major entrepreneur and former mayor. Now, after renovations, it will host key business services.
The House of Entrepreneurs will offer more than just meeting spaces. Entrepreneurs can work directly on investment projects with experts from the Agency for Investment Promotion and Innovation Development (APIRI) and the regional Ministry of Economic Development. The Business Rights Commissioner’s office and the governor’s investment reception will also operate there.
Beyond daily work, the hub will hold business events. Forums, roundtables, and seminars will take place in the facility. The surrounding area has been landscaped, including a new public garden near the building.
Access will be open to all entrepreneurs in Khabarovsk Territory. Representatives of business associations can also use the space for collaboration and support. The House of Entrepreneurs will provide a dedicated workspace for business growth. It combines historical significance with modern facilities for project development and networking. The hub is expected to become a key location for economic activity in the region.
