Kyndyk Unveils New Projects Celebrating Indigenous Culture on December 3
The creative collective Kyndyk will present its latest projects on December 3. The event will include a documentary, an animated series, and a showcase of this year’s work. It aims to preserve and promote Indigenous culture for future generations. The presentation takes place at 5:30 PM in Room 608 at IT Park, 1 Lenin Avenue. Attendees will see The Reindeer Herder’s Last Dream, a documentary by Yulia Korneva. They will also watch The World of Kyndyk, an educational animated series.
Anatoly Stepanov-Lamutsky served as the project’s lead cultural consultant and mentor. He previously helped send a traditional Evenk doll, Kyndyk, to the International Space Station. Due to limited seating, guests must register in advance by calling 7 914 270-08-81. The event highlights the collective’s efforts to blend Indigenous traditions, language, and heritage with modern life. It offers a chance to explore their work through film and animation.
