LSEG and Amazon Quick team up to streamline AI-driven financial data access

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has partnered with Amazon to integrate its financial data into Amazon Quick, an AI-powered workspace for research and automation. The move aims to give financial firms easier access to trusted datasets within their workflows.

This collaboration forms part of LSEG’s broader AI and data strategy, known as LSEG Everywhere, which focuses on delivering AI-ready content to institutions. LSEG will provide its licensed data and analytics through Amazon Quick using its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Customers will now be able to access a wide range of LSEG’s financial content, including real-time pricing, company reference data, macroeconomic indicators, ESG metrics, and analytical models.

By embedding LSEG’s datasets directly into Amazon Quick, the partnership seeks to improve productivity for users. The integration promises simpler interoperability between systems, secure access to critical data, and scalable tools for deploying AI solutions. LSEG has emphasised its commitment to delivering trusted data into the platforms and AI environments where financial institutions already operate.

The initiative is designed to help firms scale their AI adoption with greater confidence. Instead of manually transferring data between systems, users can now work within a unified AI-driven workspace, reducing complexity and speeding up decision-making processes. The integration of LSEG’s data into Amazon Quick provides financial professionals with streamlined access to essential datasets. Firms using the platform can now leverage AI tools more efficiently, with secure and scalable access to pricing, reference data, and analytical models. The move aligns with LSEG’s ongoing push to make its content more accessible in AI-driven environments.
