Nizhny Novgorod strengthens nature conservation with new protected areas and public initiatives

Yevgeny Lyulin, Speaker of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Legislative Assembly, has marked Ecologist Day by recognising the work of environmental specialists. In his address, he highlighted their efforts in protecting the region’s forests, rivers and wildlife. He also pointed to ongoing projects aimed at strengthening nature conservation.
