Ondo and Glider launch on-chain stock portfolios for retail investors
A new platform for retail investors has launched, offering custom portfolios of tokenized US stocks. Ondo Finance and Glider partnered to bring direct indexing on-chain, a service once limited to wealthy investors. The move comes as Ondo holds a commanding 58% share of the $908 million tokenized stock market.
Meanwhile, crypto markets saw sharp price swings on March 23, with Aptos climbing over 12% and Bittensor surging more than 66% from its March lows. The Ondo-Glider platform lets users build and automatically rebalance portfolios of tokenized US stocks. Unlike traditional funds, Glider's model holds assets individually, allowing trading outside market hours and tapping into native liquidity. This approach democratises direct indexing, previously restricted to high-net-worth individuals.
Ondo Finance already dominates the tokenized stock sector, controlling 58% of the $908 million market. No recent data shows how its share has shifted since Glider's launch, but the partnership expands access for global retail investors.
On March 23, Aptos rose past $1.07, up over 12%, as trading volume spiked 180% to over $211 million. Bittensor also rallied, testing $300 after a 66% jump from earlier March lows. Despite these gains, the broader market remains in a downtrend, with lower highs and lows persisting.
Elsewhere, DeepSnitch AI will go fully public on March 31. Early holders have already seen gains of 205%, while price forecasts range from 100x to 1,000x post-launch. The Ondo-Glider platform now gives retail investors tools once reserved for institutions. Tokenized stock portfolios can be customised and rebalanced on-chain, though they remain tied to traditional equities. Meanwhile, volatile crypto markets show mixed signals, with some assets surging while the overall trend stays bearish. DeepSnitch AI's upcoming launch adds further speculation, with aggressive price predictions circulating ahead of its public debut.
