Redcare reshapes leadership with new supervisory board appointments and chairman shift
Redcare has announced significant changes to its supervisory board. Three new members—Anja Hendel, Max Müller, and Peter Schmid von Linstow—have been nominated to join. Concurrently, three long-serving directors will step down, including the current chairman.
Björn Söder, Jérôme Cochet, and Jaska de Bakker will leave the supervisory board. Company founder Michael Köhler is set to replace Söder as chairman. Köhler's appointment signifies a shift in leadership for the healthcare firm.
Anja Hendel brings expertise in digital strategy, technology governance, and organizational transformation. Her background aligns with Redcare's focus on innovation and structured growth.
Max Müller currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Public Affairs at Bayer. Before this, he spent over a decade in leadership roles at Celesio and DocMorris. He started at Celesio in 2008, following earlier work with DocMorris in 2002. After a brief period at Rhön Klinik in 2012, he returned to DocMorris as Chief Strategy Officer in 2013. His experience spans public affairs and the regulated healthcare sector.
Peter Schmid von Linstow is renowned for his strategic skills in scaling businesses. His nomination further bolsters the board's commercial and operational expertise.
The new appointments bring a blend of healthcare, digital, and strategic experience to Redcare. Köhler's move to chairman will guide the board through its next phase. The changes reflect the company's aim to fortify governance and propel future growth.
