The master is back. In 2026, audiences will finally see a new film from legendary director Steven Spielberg (78). His latest project, Disclosure Day, is set to premiere in German cinemas on June 11, 2026.

At the heart of the film is humanity's global reaction to the discovery of extraterrestrial life. "What if you found out we're not alone? Suppose someone could prove it—would you be afraid? Next summer, the world will learn the truth," teases the official synopsis.

Spielberg Assembles an All-Star Cast

The newly released trailer promises a breathtaking sci-fi epic with a powerhouse ensemble. Emily Blunt (42), Josh O'Connor (35), Colin Firth (65), and Colman Domingo (56) lead the star-studded lineup.

The screenplay for Disclosure Day was written by David Koepp (62), known for Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and a frequent collaborator with Spielberg.
