Sunday Natural Logistics, part of dietary supplement provider Sunday Natural Products, has secured a long-term lease for a new logistics facility in Viersen-Mackenstein. The move comes as demand for modern, sustainable warehouse spaces in North Rhine-Westphalia remains strong. The leased unit spans roughly 8,340 square meters of usable space. This includes 6,820 square meters of warehouse area, 700 square meters for offices and staff facilities, and an additional 820 square meters of mezzanine storage. A second unit, offering around 9,140 square meters of warehouse space, is still available for lease.
The facility is under construction near the A61 and A52 highways, ensuring quick access to key markets. Completion is expected in the second quarter of 2026. BNP Paribas Real Estate Düsseldorf brokered the deal. Igor Matus, Managing Director of Sunday Natural Logistics GmbH, highlighted the company’s commitment to high quality standards and transparency in its operations. The decision reflects the firm’s need for efficient, well-located logistics infrastructure.
The new facility will support Sunday Natural’s distribution network once operational in 2026. With the lease now secured, the company prepares for an expanded presence in the region. The remaining unit offers further opportunities for businesses seeking modern logistics space.
