Women lead Vladivostok's real estate boom with smart property choices
A recent study by FSK Region has revealed the key trends in Vladivostok’s real estate market. Women dominate property purchases, particularly in both comfort-class and business-class housing. The analysis also highlights what buyers value most when selecting a new home.
FSK Region examined the profiles of apartment buyers in Vladivostok. Their findings show that women aged 31 to 45 make up the majority of clients. These buyers are not only the main decision-makers but also the primary initiators of new property purchases.
Comfort-class buyers focus on practical aspects. They prioritise flexible payment terms and apartments with ready-made finishes. In contrast, those in the business-class segment look for well-maintained surroundings and easy transport links. Safety and privacy rank high among all buyers. Gated courtyard areas are particularly important, as they provide both security and a sense of exclusivity. Roman Kapinos, First Deputy CEO of FSK Region, shared insights on these preferences, noting their impact on the local market.
The study confirms women’s leading role in Vladivostok’s property market. Their choices shape demand for both comfort-class and business-class housing. Features like security, convenience, and move-in readiness continue to drive purchasing decisions.
