Bleker Group expands BYD's reach with new Münster dealership

The Bleker Group has opened a new BYD dealership in Münster, marking its second location for the brand. This move follows strong demand for BYD's electric vehicles in Germany. The company aims to become a leading partner for the Chinese automaker in western Germany.

The Bleker Group, which operates 14 dealerships and employs around 1,000 people, has expanded its e-mobility focus by adding BYD sales and service in Münster. The new site is expected to boost BYD's regional visibility and customer reach.

BYD's growth in Germany has been rapid, with over 23,000 new registrations in 2025. Sales surged tenfold in the first two months of 2026 compared to the same period the previous year. Kai Schröder, Head of Dealer Network at BYD Germany, called the Bleker Group a key partner in this expansion.

Christian Voßkamp, Managing Director of the Bleker Group, linked the dealership's growth to rising customer interest in BYD's electrified models. The group, which sells 21,000 vehicles annually and generates €615 million in revenue, first partnered with BYD in Borken before expanding to Münster.

The Münster dealership strengthens BYD's presence in western Germany. It also positions the Bleker Group as a major player in the region's e-mobility news.
