Rosgvardiya boosts frontline units with drones, motorcycles in Khabarovsk handover
Rosgvardiya’s special units in Khabarovsk have received a fresh shipment of military equipment for the ongoing special operation. The delivery included drones, motorcycles, and other essential gear to bolster frontline capabilities. Deputy Governor Artem Melnikov oversaw the handover on behalf of regional authorities. The shipment featured a large batch of FPV drones, complete with spare batteries and control units. Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), Bulat drone detection systems, and ground control stations were also part of the consignment. These tools are designed to improve reconnaissance and combat efficiency in the operation zone.
Off-road motorcycles were included to enhance troop mobility across difficult terrain. The vehicles allow forces to move swiftly in areas where standard transport struggles. Melnikov, representing Governor Dmitry Demeshin, formally transferred the equipment to the units.
During the ceremony, Melnikov also presented state awards to officers of the Yerofey SOBR unit. The honours recognised their performance in combat missions as part of the special military operation. The event highlighted both the delivery of new resources and the acknowledgement of personnel contributions. The new equipment will support Rosgvardiya’s operations by improving surveillance, mobility, and tactical response. The awarded officers continue their duties with updated tools and official recognition. Regional authorities have confirmed the shipment’s immediate deployment to frontline units.
