Pitstop, the auto service chain, is updating the look of its branches across the country. The redesign includes the addition of the HUK logo, signalling closer ties with its parent company, HUK-Coburg. Around 50 locations will adopt the new branding by the end of the year.
HUK-Coburg first bought a stake in Pitstop in 2022. The insurer then increased its shareholding last year, bringing the workshop business fully into the group. Now, the company is reinforcing its brand presence through Pitstop's branch network.
Most locations will display only the HUK logo without text. However, branches offering both workshop services and a HUK-Coburg customer service office will show the insurer's full name. The shared site in Sankt Augustin is among those adopting the new design.
The updated branding aims to highlight HUK-Coburg's role as a mobility service provider. Pitstop storefronts will feature both the Pitstop and HUK logos side by side, making the connection between the two clearer.
The visual changes will roll out to roughly 50 branches in the coming months. The move strengthens HUK-Coburg's position in the automotive service sector. Customers will now see the insurer's branding more prominently at Pitstop locations.
